Christ in All Scripture

On the road to Emmaus, "beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself" (ESV). This series does the same thing slowly. Book by book, and then story by story: the promise in Genesis 3:15, Abraham and Isaac on the mountain, Joseph, the Passover lamb, the bronze serpent, Jonah in the deep. The scarlet thread is not a trick of reading. It is the shape of the book.
